We must be notified of any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of receipt so that we can file a claim with the carrier or manufacturer of the product. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours. Items exceeding 80 lbs must be shipped by special carrier. Orders placed and canceled after credit card approval will be subject to a cancellation fee. We are unable to accept cancellation on any concrete, resin or cast iron orders that are finish to order, custom or any special order items. You will be charged for your order at the close of business the day you place your order to reserve merchandise or to begin production of merchandise. No returns on Christmas merchandise will be accepted after December 15 - no exceptions. Customer resumes all responsibility for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by any and all of the items purchased from Lawn Ornaments and Fountains after delivery as well as any injuries or allergic reactions incurred by the packing material the items are delivered in.
