Shipping Notice: Customers receiving deliveries via freight carrier (not ups or fedex) should inspect their crates or boxes upon delivery while the driver is present. If there is any damage to the crates or boxes, please note the damage on your bill of lading prior to signing. We cannot honor any claims that are discovered after you sign for your order and the driver leaves if you do not note the damage on the bill of lading before signing. Please call or email us to report the damage. We must be notified of any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of receipt so that we can file a claim with the carrier or manufacturer fo the product. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours. Items exceeding 80 lbs must be shipped by special carrier. Lawn Ornaments and Fountains will contact the customer for approval of shipping charge prior to processing the order. Orders placed and cancelled after credit card approval will be subject to a cancellation fee. You will be charged for your order at the close of business the day you place your order to reserve merchandise or to begin production of merchandise. No returns on Christmas merchandise will be accepted after December 15 -no exceptions. Customer resumes all responsibility for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by any and all of the items purchased from Lawn Ornaments and Fountains after delivery as well as any injuries or allergic reactions incurred by the packing material the items are delivered in.
