"I am extremely pleased with customer service.. I had multiple questions with multiple emails and every one was answered within a few hours. I even called several times and was never made to feel like I was bothering them with my questions. I was uncertain about the grotto b/c I am hesitant ordering something like this online and it was the cheapest priced grotto I had found. When it arrived it was in a box with packing foam poured in around it to harden so there was no way this would break. S/H was very reasonable considering it weighs 70#. My grotto is beautiful. I can honestly say I have NEVER seen anything like this. Every detail is perfect. I decided not to go with the blue/white and chose another color/finish and I'm glad I did. It is exactly what I wanted. I was emailed when my order was processed and at every step along the way. I can not rave enough about the quality of this product and the customer service..
