Our fountains are also available in custom finishes click on the link and place color choices in the notes during check out. Gazing balls come in a large array of sizes with most popular being 12 inch. Gazing balls and globes in the 22 inch size are custom order. We offer gazing ball stands to fit each size globe and would be happy to help you find a size that will fit. Many of our religious statues are available in a detailed finish so they look more natural but you may order them in a solid finish if you wish. Our religious statues including angel statues and madonna statues are of excellent quality and are used in churches, in memorial gardens and in memorial services throughout the country. Many of our animal statues are available in a detailed finish to closely resemble the natural live animal but you may order in a solid finish. A large portion of our Greek statues are very large and require freight shipping. Shipping Notice: Customers receiving deliveries via freight carrier (not ups or fed ex) should inspect their crates or boxes upon delivery while the driver is present. If there is any damage to the crates or boxes, please note the damage on your bill of lading prior to signing. We cannot honor any claims that are discovered after you sign for your order and the driver leaves if you do not note the damage on the bill of lading before signing. Please call or email us to report the damage. We must be notified of any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of receipt so that we can file a claim with the carrier or manufacturer of the product. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours. Items exceeding 80 lbs must be shipped by special carrier. Lawn Ornaments and Fountains will contact the customer for approval of shipping charge prior to processing the order. Freight quotes are valid for 1 week from the date the quote is received. Freight deliveries are curb side only and are delivered via freight truck. They will be delivered to the point the truck can safely get in and out of the area. Most outdoor furniture requires freight delivery due to the size and weight of the item especially concrete outdoor furniture, concrete statues and lawn ornaments. Orders placed and canceled after credit card approval will be subject to a cancellation fee. We are unable to accept cancellation on any concrete, resin or cast iron orders that are finish to order, custom or any special order items. You will be charged for your order at the close of business the day you place your order to reserve merchandise or to begin production of merchandise. Artificial Christmas trees, wreaths, garland and outdoor Christmas decorations are shipped as quickly as possible. Most Christmas trees, Christmas wreaths and Christmas garland are produced in the winter and spring of each year with shipment in late summer and fall. White Christmas trees and flocked trees sell out very early in the season. No returns on Christmas merchandise will be accepted after December 15 - no exceptions. Customer resumes all responsibility for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by any and all of the items purchased from Lawn Ornaments and Fountains after delivery as well as any injuries or allergic reactions incurred by the packing material the items are delivered in. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Lawn Ornaments and Fountains reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
