Shipping and Handling
As you can see we offer several shipping possibilities. It takes an average of 10-12 business days after your merchandise is shipped for you to receive your merchandise depending on where you are located in the U.S.A. (Continental US shipments are only available at this time). Express shipping is available upon request. Please call for rush orders.
Most small items are in stock and will ship out within 4 - 5 business days or 10 - 14 business days for custom finished concrete items. Large items and specialty items require a little longer time and a common carrier is sometimes used for shipping depending on the size, these items should ship within 3 - 6 weeks. You are welcome to phone or email us to check availability. We do have specialty items that require a special order however you will be informed if the item does require special arrangements. Our items are shipped in many different types of packing material. Many of the smaller statues and birdbaths will arrive in cardboard and will be surrounded by thick foam to protect the item. Some items will arrive in cardboard surrounded by a hay like substance and some will arrive in a foam peanut type substance. The larger items that are being delivered via freight carrier will arrive on a pallet. Please use care in opening your purchase and be aware that many of the concrete items are packaged with much insulation to protect it from breakage so it may take some effort and time to unpack. Please use caution to avoid injuries if using sharp objects to open the box as well as be aware that the foam may cause a mess in the are the item is being opened and may get on your clothing or in your hair but will brush off easily (styro foam). Buyer is responsible for any injuries incurred in their effort to open and unpackage the item. It is necessary to pack in insulation such as foam to protect your purchase so that it arrives at your home in excellent condition and not broken.

Mail orders will take on the average of 2 - 4 weeks for delivery after we receive your order, depending on your location and /or depending if you send us a check or a money order. Checks take 10 days to clear as money orders are processed upon receipt.
Retail Return Policy
1. Items ordered but cancelled before delivery will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the return fees as follow - $25.00 up to $100 purchase, $50.00 up to $250 purchase, 20% on all purchases over $250.00
Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase and we will issue a refund for purchase price less
shipping fee and a $25 restocking fee up to $100 per item, $50 up to $250 and 20% on everything above $250 when we receive the item back. No returns will be accepted on concrete or custom resin products as they are finished to order. No returns will be accepted on Christmas items after December 15 or on any item that has been used by the customer prior to return.
Items received as gifts may be returned for a credit toward the purchase of another item of the recipients choosing (credit will be issued less shipping and the restocking fee). You must have prior approval before any returns will be accepted and be issued a return number with instructions of how and where to return the item. Any shipping fees to return an item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned in resellable condition with all materials that were included with the item. Return policy is only on retail sales.
2. If your purchase is found to be defective or damaged within 24 hours of arrival, please email
or call us and let us know what item is damaged and the nature of the damage. All original packing
and shipping material must be saved for the return of an item or to issue a claim for damage as the manufacturers and the shipping companies require original packaging with any claim.
No returned items will be accepted or credited without prior written approval from Lawn Ornaments and
Fountains.
After written approval you will need to ship the item back so we can take the appropriate action agreed on. (Replace or refund less the original shipping fee plus a restocking fee if applicable).
